How is the price calculated?

Team and Business are priced per seat, per month. Choose annual billing and two months are free. Solo is free for one person; Enterprise is priced for your organisation.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is a person who signs in. Service accounts, runners and agents never take one, however much work they do.

Can we start on Solo and move up?

Yes. Everything you set up on Solo carries over: your flow, your runner, your history. Moving to Team takes a minute from the billing page.

What does Business add over Team?

Many teams working on one process: routing and consent across teams, definitions kept in your own repository, the system graph and model routing by your rules.

How is model spend handled?

Your models run on your runners or through your gateway, on your keys. Continuumship records what each run used per work item and holds the budgets you set.

What happens if we move to a smaller plan?

Nothing is deleted. Anything above the new plan's limits stays in force and cannot be added to until you are back under them.
