In short
- Nothing is set or loaded for measurement until you choose. Rejecting leaves the website exactly as it is.
- Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember your choice; they cannot be switched off.
- Analytics and Marketing technologies run only in the categories you allow.
- Change your mind at any time with “Cookie preferences” in the footer, or with the button on this page.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser and reads back later. Similar technologies — the browser’s local storage, and scripts that measure how a page is used — work in the same way, and this notice covers them too. We call all of them “cookies” here.
This notice explains the cookies Continuumship uses on the website at https://continuumship.com and in the Continuumship product. It completes our privacy notice.
Your choice
The first time you visit, a banner asks what you allow. Until you choose, no analytics or advertising technology is loaded and none of its cookies is set. Reject all and Accept all are equally available, and Manage preferences lets you allow each category on its own.
Your choice is kept for 6 months, and we ask again sooner if the technologies we use change. You can change it at any time with Cookie preferences in the footer of every page, or with the button beside this notice. When you withdraw a category, its cookies are deleted and the page reloads without it.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Accept all leaves Marketing off; only your own switch in the preferences turns it on.
The categories
- Strictly necessary — sign-in, security and remembering your cookie choice. They are needed for the service you ask for, so they need no consent and cannot be switched off. They do not track you across websites.
- Functional — remembering settings that make the website easier to use.
- Analytics — measuring how pages are used, so that we can make them clearer.
- Marketing — measuring our advertising, and allowing more relevant advertising on other websites.
The preferences show only the categories in use. In use today: Microsoft Clarity (Analytics).

In the product
The Continuumship application — the sign-in pages and every workspace — uses only strictly necessary cookies and the browser’s local and session storage. It loads no analytics or advertising technology, so it asks for no consent. Its session cookies are bound to the exact address that set them (__Host- cookies), sent only over encrypted connections, and unreadable to scripts.
Cookies set by other companies
When you allow a category, its provider may also set cookies on its own domains — for example, Microsoft sets MUID on clarity.ms — and decides itself how they are used. Each provider’s notice explains them:
- Microsoft: privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
- Google: policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta: facebook.com/privacy/policy
Managing cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you see and delete cookies and block them for a website or for all. Blocking strictly necessary cookies stops you from signing in to the product; blocking the others changes nothing in what you can do.
Legal basis
We set strictly necessary cookies because they are needed to provide the service you ask for. Every other cookie is set only with your consent — under the EU ePrivacy rules and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and as explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK — which you can withdraw at any time, as easily as you gave it.
